My friend, if you’ve arrived at this page it means you’re interested in supporting me or are curious about the music I’ve posted.  While I am very excited about this music, I must admit that I was a bit stunned to find out some of the legal issues regarding the brand I used to generate these songs.  After uploading these on Thursday and Friday, July 30 & 31, I learned that Suno AI, the app I used has been embroiled in legal battles for copyright infringement.  As I dug a little deeper, I was stunned again to realize that by using their services I was giving them the right to use my lyrics and music in just about any way they desired.  To say I am embarrassed and disappointed in myself is an understatement.  I love these songs and I truly believe they are a gift from God.  I feel worse because others have and more will find themselves in a very similar situation that I find myself in.  There does not appear to be much legal action I can take.  Perhaps a false advertisement claim, but I agreed to the terms and the terms state as much.  I should’ve researched more, but I honestly was just trying out the app to see what it could do.  I had no indication it was a trap.  Others may find that funny or even foolish, and in hindsight, I could agree.  It does not pay to be naive in this world.  It is best to be on guard.  My encouragement in all of this is that God is gracious, merciful, and good.  If I have led anybody to use Suno’s services, I apologize.  I wish I had done more research before using their “free” app.  We are in a new frontier with AI and it makes me appreciate humans a bit more.
